Halloween Mini Golf for the Alz Association
Everyone knows a family, or is part of a family, touched by Alzheimer's. On Saturday, October 17, 2026, Balanced Financial Services is hosting Putting for a Purpose, a Halloween mini golf tournament at Lost Treasure Golf in Ocean City, Maryland. 10am-2pm. Costumes encouraged. Every dollar raised goes to the Alzheimer's Association.

What the day looks like
A haunted course with holes for every skill level. Play solo or bring a team. Snacks and seasonal treats all day. A 50/50 raffle, door prizes, and a costume contest with awards for Best Individual Costume, Best Team Theme, Most Creative, and People's Choice.
There will also be folks on hand with real information for families living with dementia. Resources, conversation, and a place to ask questions without feeling rushed.
Why the Alzheimer's Association
The Alzheimer's Association funds research, provides care and support for families in the thick of it, and advocates for people living with dementia. That's three things at once: the science, the day to day, and the long fight for better policy. Every hole played and every raffle ticket sold helps pay for that work.

Platinum, $1,500.
